All clients must be 18 years or older to receive our services. You will be required to complete a consultation form before your treatment starts on your first visit. If it is not your first visit to the spa, you must inform us of any changes in your health or medical status. Please note that some treatments require a patch test 24 hours in advance. Please avoid UV exposure for 72 hours after any of our skin treatments or as advised by your therapist.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy due to a high client demand. Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in the charge of the full consultation fee.
Our refund policy is guided by general consumer law.
Gift cards can be purchased at the spa, by email or by telephone. They are available for any treatment or any amount and are valid for 12 months after purchase. Gift cards are transferable but non-refundable.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you benefit from the fully allocated treatment time. We cannot be held responsible for shortened treatments due to late arrivals; and the full treatment price will be charged. We request that mobile phones are switched off or on silent mode when in the Spa. To enable spa clients to access emails or work whilst visiting, there is a wireless connection in the lounge area.
Your Privacy Is Important to Us
To provide you with the care you need we hold the details of your consultations, tests, and other treatments that have been recorded by everyone involved in your care and treatment. This information may be stored on paper or electronically on computer files by clinic staff. At no time do we disclose your information to third parties. Our staff is required to sign confidentiality statements governing your care with us.
