Is this safe during pregnancy?

Yes — sessions are performed by medically trained therapists using pregnancy-safe techniques and oils, typically from 12 weeks onwards unless advised otherwise by your clinician.

When should I avoid it?

We’ll defer or redirect if you have a high-risk pregnancy, red-flag symptoms, or if your clinician advises against massage. When in doubt, contact us first.

How many sessions?

Many clients book weekly or fortnightly. Your therapist will recommend a safe, comfortable cadence for you.
