Profhilo — hydration + firmness
Ultra-pure hyaluronic-acid bioremodelling for diffuse hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality without adding facial volume.
Explore Profhilo →Clinician-led skin booster treatments in South Kensington to improve hydration, elasticity, texture and glow — including Profhilo, polynucleotides and targeted hyaluronic-acid boosters.
The first decision is not the brand. It is whether the main problem is hydration and firmness, fragile or crepey skin, or fine surface texture and glow.
Ultra-pure hyaluronic-acid bioremodelling for diffuse hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality without adding facial volume.
Biostimulating treatment often considered for thin, fragile, crepey or under-eye skin-quality concerns.
Targeted injectable hyaluronic-acid formulas for dehydration, luminosity, fine lines and surface crepiness.
Skin that looks tired, flat or less luminous despite an appropriate skincare routine.
Fine textural change on the cheeks, neck, peri-oral area or hands where filler is not the right tool.
Selected under-eye or delicate-skin concerns where tissue quality rather than volume is the priority.
Gradual reduction in skin bounce and resilience without a major structural deficit.
Uneven texture, fine lines and dehydration after cumulative sun exposure.
Skin-quality support alongside skincare, peels, laser or other treatments where clinically appropriate.
Common areas include face, neck, décolletage, hands, peri-oral skin and, depending on the product, the under-eye area.
Dryness, laxity, inflammation and fine crepiness are not the same problem. Where useful, Skin Lab can provide a baseline before an injectable skin-quality programme.
Each option has a different role. The product is chosen after assessment rather than by trend or brand familiarity.

Explore polynucleotides →Two sessions, usually around four weeks apart, followed by maintenance according to response.

Objective measurement of hydration, elasticity, barrier function and more.
Explore Skin Lab →For structure, contour and volume when skin quality alone is not the issue.
Explore fillers →For selected superficial pigment, congestion and texture concerns.
Explore peels →For selected pigmentation, redness, texture and resurfacing concerns.
Explore Laser Clinic →Hydration and glow may improve within one to two weeks. Firmness and texture usually refine more gradually over several weeks, depending on the product and your individual response.
Skin boosters improve skin quality across an area. Dermal fillers are used to add structure, contour or volume at specific points. They can sometimes be combined, but they are not the same treatment.
Small bumps, pinpoint marks or mild swelling can occur for around 12–48 hours depending on the product and treatment area. Your clinician will give specific aftercare.
Most plans involve an initial course of around two to four sessions, followed by maintenance according to the product, area and response.
Some products may be appropriate for under-eye skin quality, but puffiness, hollowness, pigmentation and thin skin are different problems and require careful assessment.
There is no universally best product. Profhilo, polynucleotides and HA boosters behave differently, so the choice should follow assessment of the actual skin concern.
