Skin Quality, Measured and Restored
Clinician-led skin booster treatments in South Kensington to improve hydration, elasticity, texture and glow — including Profhilo, polynucleotides and targeted HA boosters.
Not every skin needs filler. Some skin needs quality restored.
Skin boosters are not designed to change facial shape. They are used to improve the condition of the skin itself — hydration, elasticity, fine crepiness, texture and resilience.
At Santi London, we do not choose treatments simply because they are trending. We assess your skin, your treatment history and your goals before recommending Profhilo, polynucleotides or a targeted HA booster.
Where appropriate, your plan can be supported by Skin Lab analysis, helping us measure hydration, elasticity and barrier function before building a treatment pathway.
Why skin booster results vary
The best results come from matching the right product to the right skin concern.
The wrong product
Profhilo, polynucleotides and HA boosters behave differently. Choosing the wrong one can lead to underwhelming results.
No diagnosis
Dryness, laxity, inflammation and fine crepiness are not the same problem. They need different treatment choices.
No long-term plan
Skin boosters usually work best as part of a course and maintenance strategy, sometimes alongside peels, laser or skincare.
Who benefits from skin boosters?
Skin boosters are ideal if you are noticing dullness, dehydration, crepiness, fine lines or a gradual loss of elasticity — especially on the lower face, peri-oral area, neck, décolletage or hands.
- Dehydration and loss of glow
- Crepey texture on cheeks, neck or peri-oral area
- Fine lines not suited to filler
- Thin or fragile skin, including under-eye quality concerns
- Skin quality support after inflammation, ageing or sun exposure

Frequently asked
How quickly will I see results?
Hydration and glow may improve within 1–2 weeks. Firmness and texture usually refine more gradually over several weeks, depending on the product used and your individual response.
What is the difference between skin boosters and filler?
Skin boosters improve skin quality across an area. Dermal fillers are used to add structure, contour or volume in specific points. Sometimes both are appropriate, but they are not the same treatment.
Is there downtime?
Expect small bumps, pinpoint marks or mild swelling for 12–48 hours depending on the product and treatment area. Makeup can usually be worn the next day, but your clinician will give specific advice.
How many sessions do I need?
Most plans involve an initial course of 2–4 sessions, followed by maintenance every 4–9 months depending on the product, area treated and your skin goals.
Are skin boosters suitable under the eyes?
Some products may be suitable for under-eye skin quality, but this area needs careful assessment. Puffiness, hollowness, pigmentation and thin skin are different issues and require different approaches.
