Firmer, lifted look

Heat or mechanical micro-injury triggers collagen remodelling for subtle, natural tightening.

Texture & pores

Many devices improve fine lines, crepiness and pore appearance as collagen reorganises.

Low downtime options

Most protocols allow same-day normal activity; redness usually settles quickly.

Tailored plans

Face, neck, arms, abdomen or knees — focused mapping for your concerns.

Which tightening approach is right for me?

Radiofrequency (RF)

Controlled dermal heating supports collagen contraction and new collagen/elastin formation. At Santi we use advanced multi-channel RF platforms (including Viora) for lower face, jawline and neck laxity with minimal downtime.

  • Comfortable, progressive results
  • Series of 4–6 sessions common

Microneedling RF

Combines collagen induction with targeted RF heat via insulated needles — boosts firmness and texture more intensively.

  • Good for pores, scars + laxity
  • Social downtime 1–2 days (redness)

Laser Skin Tightening

Non-ablative wavelengths heat dermis to stimulate collagen with very little surface disruption.

  • Radiance + firmness combo
  • Usually a short series

Neck & double chin RF (Viora)

Viora radiofrequency is a non-surgical option for submental fullness and neck laxity. Multi-channel RF energy, combined with vacuum, gently heats the deeper skin layers to stimulate collagen and elastin while also targeting fat cells for subtle contouring.

  • Suited to mild–moderate sagging or fullness
  • Comfortable “warm massage” sensation
  • Typically 4–8 sessions, then maintenance

Viora RF for neck & double chin

Viora radiofrequency (RF) treatments are a solid non-surgical option if you are concerned about a double chin (submental fat) and neck laxity, but wish to avoid surgery or injectable fat-dissolvers such as Kybella. The handpiece uses multi-channel RF energy with gentle vacuum to draw tissue into the applicator, heating the deeper skin layers in a controlled way.

This heating stimulates new collagen and elastin production while also helping to target fat cells for reduction and contouring. Over a course of treatments this can translate into tighter-looking skin, smoother texture and a more defined jawline. Changes are usually progressive rather than dramatic; you may notice improvement after the first few sessions, with results typically peaking around 3–6 months as collagen builds.

Treatments are designed to be comfortable — many clients describe the sensation as a warm massage — with no downtime, so you can return to normal activities straight away. Side effects are generally mild and short-lived, such as temporary redness, light swelling or tenderness that settles within hours to a couple of days. Your practitioner will discuss risks, contraindications and realistic expectations in consultation.

Who is Viora neck RF best for?

  • Mild to moderate softening of the jawline or early jowls
  • Gentle fullness under the chin without very heavy fat deposits
  • Early creping or laxity in the front of the neck
  • Those preferring to avoid surgery or injectable fat-dissolvers
  • Clients happy with gradual, natural-looking change

Treatment course & maintenance

  • Most people need 4–8 sessions, usually spaced 1–3 weeks apart
  • Results vary with age, skin quality, anatomy and lifestyle
  • Maintenance sessions every 6–12 months can help sustain benefits

When might we suggest alternatives?

  • More marked laxity may respond better to deeper ultrasound-based tightening (e.g. Ultherapy-type platforms), other RF systems (such as Thermage-type devices), or surgical opinion
  • In some cases, combining Viora with treatments like Botox to the platysmal bands can refine neck contours further
  • Pure fat-reduction systems (for example TruSculpt iD–style devices) can be considered where submental fat is the primary issue

At consultation we will assess your neck, jawline and chin from multiple angles and advise whether Viora RF alone, in combination, or an alternative pathway is most appropriate.

Frequently asked

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients benefit from a series: RF 4–6; Microneedling RF 3–4; Ultrasound 1–2 with maintenance; Laser 3–5. We tailor to your goals and timeline.

When will I see results?

An immediate “post-treatment tight” feel is common; collagen remodelling builds over 6–12 weeks and continues for months.

Is it suitable for all skin tones?

Yes — we select devices/parameters appropriate for your Fitzpatrick type and advise on pigment-safe aftercare.

Can I combine with fillers or toxin?

Yes, sequencing matters. Often we tighten first, then consider injectables for shape or dynamic lines.

Does Viora RF help with a double chin?

Viora RF can be helpful where there is mild to moderate fullness under the chin and early neck laxity. By gently heating deeper tissues it promotes collagen and can support contouring. It is not a replacement for liposuction or surgery, and outcomes vary; at consultation we will advise whether Viora, an alternative technology or referral is the most appropriate route.

Radio Frequency is at the forefront of skin tightening technology. A cutting-edge aesthetic procedure, RF reduces sagging skin via radio wave energy, effectively ‘remodelling’ areas of concern. At Santi we use revolutionary Viora Radio Frequency to tighten loose skin on both the face and body in a non-invasive, pain-free treatment with zero downtime. Whether you have loose or ‘extra’ skin following weight-loss or you’re looking to improve sagging facial skin, regular Viora RF treatments can firm, contour and visibly lift targeted areas.

Recommended: Our physicians will advise you as to the number or frequency of treatments recommended for optimal results.

What is RF / radio frequency?

As we age our skin both sags and thins. Radio Frequency energy works by heating the sub-dermal tissue, strengthening existing collagen fibres and kickstarting their increased production. This collagen induction improves both tension and ‘thickness,’ simulating a more youthful skin contour. Over a series of treatments, RF generated heat can effectively contract loose skin on the lower face, jowls and neck – and is suitable for larger areas such as the arms, legs and abdomen where ageing and weight fluctuation can cause significant skin sagging. Radio waves are invisible, painless and safe in both the short and long term.

Facial Skin Tightening

Facial skin sag, along with loosening jowl and neck skin, is usually associated with an increase in fine lines and poor skin texture. Carefully targeted Radio Frequency treatments can both reduce sagging skin – and – significantly improve skin quality. By radically stimulating collagen fibres, Viora can lift the skin while altering its texture – a dual rejuvenating effect unique to RF technology. A tighter, sculpted facial contour combines with a plumper, smoother complexion in a surprisingly versatile anti-ageing treatment.

Body Skin Tightening

Body skin tightening has the added advantage of reducing or ‘disrupting’ fat cells. When RF is applied to the thighs, buttocks, hips and stomach (or any area of concern), not only do targeted wavelengths of energy stimulate collagen and elastin cells in the skin, they also penetrate deeper to gradually heat fat cells and encourage their reabsorption. The result is an improvement in the appearance of cellulite as well as a reduction in body skin imperfections such as scars, stretch marks and other irregularities. Viora RF is particularly useful for post pregnancy stretch marks and scars – talk to your therapist about the appropriate time to begin treatment.

Pre & Post Treatment

Prior to treatment it’s important to let you therapist know if you are prone to coldsores. It is also advisable to avoid laser skin treatments in the weeks leading up to your RF session. While RF is a no-downtime procedure it’s important to be gentle with the affected skin in the days following treatment. A slight redness or warmth – like a mild sunburn – is common, however you can continue with your usual skincare routine. Gentle moisturising is recommended but avoid any waxing, acid peels or microdermabrasion for several weeks following RF.
