What dermal fillers can improve
Restore volume
Cheeks, temples and tear trough transitions to soften hollows and lift the mid-face.
Refine contours
Define jawline and chin, improve profile balance, and support lower-face laxity.
Smooth lines
Soften nasolabial and marionette folds while preserving natural movement.
Common treatment areas
Lips
Hydrate, define the border and enhance symmetry with soft, flexible HA.
Goal: hydrated, natural shape — never “overfilled”.
Cheeks / Mid-face
Lift and support with structural filler placed on bone or deep fat pads.
Often improves under-eye and nasolabial appearance indirectly.
Tear trough (select cases)
Carefully assessed; we often prefer mid-face support or polynucleotides for thin skin.
Safety-first, bespoke plan.
Nasolabial & Marionette
Subtle softening using small, strategic aliquots — avoiding weighty “over-fill”.
Often combined with cheek support.
Non-surgical nose (advanced)
Profile refinement in suitable candidates; detailed medical consultation required.
Specialist technique.
Hands
Rejuvenate volume and minimise the appearance of veins/tendons on the dorsum.
Skin quality often paired with boosters.
Skin quality options
Where hydration and texture are the goal, we may suggest skin boosters such as Profhilo or polynucleotides as a better fit than volumising filler.
Lines caused by movement
Dynamic expression lines (e.g., frown, crow’s feet) are often best addressed via a wrinkle-relaxing consultation. We’ll advise on suitability and safe sequencing with fillers where appropriate.
Results & downtime
Results are immediate; minor swelling or tenderness may last 24–72 hours. Most clients resume normal activity the same day.
Longevity
Typical duration 6–12 months depending on area, product and metabolism. We plan conservative top-ups for a fresh, natural look.
Safety first
Full medical history, anatomy-led mapping and careful technique. Hyaluronidase reversal is available if clinically indicated.
Guide pricing
Exact plan and number of syringes are agreed during consultation.

Frequently asked
Which filler brands do you use?
We select from premium, CE-marked hyaluronic acid ranges based on your anatomy and goals. Specific product is discussed at consultation.
Will it look natural?
Yes. We prioritise proportion and balance, using conservative volumes and staged plans for refined, undetectable results.
Am I a candidate for tear trough filler?
Only after careful assessment. In many cases, cheek support or polynucleotide boosters are the safer, more effective choice for under-eye quality.
What are the risks?
Bruising, swelling and asymmetry are possible; rare but serious risks include vascular occlusion. We minimise risk via anatomy-led technique and have protocols for urgent management.
What if my lines are mostly from movement?
We’ll discuss options during your consultation. For dynamic lines, a wrinkle-relaxing consultation may be appropriate. Where helpful, we can safely sequence this with fillers or skin boosters over time.

Our philosophy
We understand that every client is different and needs an individual treatment plan appreciating the fine details of an individual’s features. Too often we see a one-size-fits-all approach to dermal fillers in Knightsbridge; a blanket solution for all facial types leads to a poor outcome. Our surgeons take a more nuanced approach, paying careful attention to fine detail.
