Specialist Pregnancy Massage in South Kensington
Safe, soothing pregnancy massage in London, tailored to each trimester. Relieve backache, hip and pelvic tension, swelling and stress in a calm, medically informed setting.
At Santi London in South Kensington (SW7), our therapists are trained to work with the changing needs of pregnancy — using positioning, pressure and oils that are appropriate from the second trimester onwards.
Pregnancy massage designed around you
Pregnancy places extra demand on your back, hips, legs and circulation. A specialist pregnancy massage in London should do more than simply feel relaxing: it should support comfort, sleep and emotional wellbeing while respecting what is safe in each trimester.
At Santi, we provide antenatal massage in a side-lying or semi-reclined position with carefully placed pillows to support bump, hips and lower back. Pressure is kept light-to-moderate and adapted continuously, so you remain comfortable throughout.
If you’re unsure whether massage is appropriate for your pregnancy, our team can help you decide — or signpost you back to your midwife or doctor if we feel medical advice is needed.
EXCELLENT pregnancy massage 😊 Therapist was fantastic; she clearly knew a tonne about the pregnant body and was gentle and took great care… I’d 100% recommend this spa to expecting mamas!

Pregnancy massage FAQs
Is pregnancy massage safe?
Yes — when delivered by trained therapists using pregnancy-safe techniques and positioning, massage is generally considered safe in uncomplicated pregnancies from the second trimester onwards. We always work within your comfort levels and will signpost you back to your clinician if we have any concerns.
When should I avoid pregnancy massage?
We will defer or redirect if you have a high-risk pregnancy, a history of complications, or any red-flag symptoms. If your midwife or doctor has advised against massage, we will not treat you until they confirm it is safe to proceed.
How many sessions will I need?
Many clients book weekly or fortnightly to manage discomfort and support relaxation, especially in the later stages of pregnancy. Your therapist will recommend a cadence that feels realistic and comfortable for you.
