What Is Baby Botox?
Baby Botox — also called mini or micro Botox — uses smaller, precisely placed doses to gently soften lines while keeping natural expression. It’s ideal if you want a subtle, fresh look without appearing “done”.
A gentler approach to anti-wrinkle treatment
We tailor dose and placement to your facial anatomy to preserve movement and deliver refined, believable results. Baby Botox can be a stand-alone tweakment or form part of a longer-term skin plan.
Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine in the UK. This page is educational and does not advertise prescription-only medicines. Any treatment can only be offered after a face-to-face consultation confirms suitability.
What exactly is Baby Botox?
Instead of fully relaxing a muscle group, Baby Botox uses lower units placed with micro-precision to soften specific lines (for example forehead, frown and crow’s feet) while keeping natural movement. Think of it as a refinement rather than a freeze.
Common consultation areas
- Forehead lines (horizontal)
- Frown lines (glabella)
- Crow’s feet (around the eyes)
- Bunny lines, chin dimpling, light lip-flip (in selected cases)

Your treatment journey
1. Consultation
We take a medical history, assess muscle strength, symmetry and skin quality, and map a micro-dose plan in line with your goals. In some cases we may suggest alternative or additional options such as skin boosters or peels.
2. Treatment
Baby Botox is delivered via micro-injections with ultra-fine needles. Most clients describe brief, mild discomfort and can return to day-to-day activities straight afterwards.
3. Aftercare
Avoid rubbing the area, heat exposure, or strenuous exercise for a few hours. Tiny pin-prick marks usually settle quickly. We provide written aftercare guidance.
4. Results & review
Expect onset in 3–5 days, with peak effect at around 2 weeks. Where appropriate, a review appointment allows for fine-tuning.
Safety & suitability
When performed by experienced medical practitioners, Baby Botox has an excellent safety profile. At Santi, treatment is clinician-led and always preceded by a suitability assessment.
Possible effects
- Temporary redness, pin-prick marks or light bruising at injection sites
- Occasional tightness, mild headache or heaviness while treatment settles
- Rare: asymmetry or mild brow heaviness (usually self-limiting and reviewed)
Who may be advised to avoid?
Baby Botox is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for some neuromuscular conditions or specific allergies. We review your medical history in detail before treatment.
