Tear Trough Filler in London
Soften under-eye hollows and shadows with precise hyaluronic-acid filler placement by our surgeons. Natural, refreshed—not “done”.
Not everyone is a candidate for tear trough filler; we assess for skin laxity, herniated fat pads and vascular considerations first.
Is tear trough filler right for me?
- Under-eye hollowing with a sharp “lid–cheek” junction
- Shadowing/darkness from volume loss (not pigment)
- Good skin quality, minimal laxity
- Realistic goals; willingness to follow aftercare
The approach
We use low volumes of a suitable HA filler placed deep to support the tear trough, smoothing the lid–cheek transition. The goal is contour correction, not bulk.
Safety first
Performed by experienced clinicians with vascular-aware technique. We’ll advise if an alternative (e.g., skin boosters, laser, or surgery) is more appropriate.
Aftercare
- Sleep slightly elevated first night
- Avoid rubbing, saunas and strenuous exercise for 24–48h
- Expect mild swelling/possible bruising for a few days
- Contact us if concerns; hyaluronidase is available if needed
Best candidates
Early to moderate hollowing without significant skin laxity or prominent fat prolapse. Suitable in many skin tones; personalised plans for each client.
Who may not be suited
Marked laxity, pronounced eye-bag (fat herniation), very thin/crepey skin, or vascular risks may respond better to alternative treatments. We’ll guide you.
Tear trough filler — FAQ
How long do results last?
Typically 6–12 months, varying with anatomy, product, and lifestyle. We prefer conservative dosing and staged refinement.
Will it treat dark circles?
If darkness is from hollowing/shadow, yes it often improves. Pigment or vascular tint may require adjunct options (skin boosters, energy devices, skincare).
Downtime and side-effects?
Mild swelling/tenderness for 1–3 days, occasional bruising. Rare risks are discussed during consultation; emergency protocols are in place.
Pricing?
Transparent pricing is provided at consultation once we confirm candidacy and the likely volume/plan. We avoid over-correction.
